The greatest challenge facing sub Saharan Africa today is poverty
According to the UN World Youth Report 2007 young people are particularly affected by poverty. Yet, their representation in poverty reduction efforts is hardly felt. This exclusion of youth makes poverty reduction efforts less effective.
